1. Purchasing any product from Grab & Go grants the buyer a limited, non-exclusive use license. Such purchase does not convey ownership of the product or any intellectual property rights associated with it.

2. All licenses issued by Grab & Go are strictly non-transferable. Licensees may not assign, sublicense, share, or otherwise transfer any license or rights to any third party, whether for compensation or free of charge.

3. Technical support is extended exclusively to the original, verified purchaser of a product. Support rights do not transfer under any circumstances, including account transfers, resale, or unauthorized sharing of access credentials.

4. The licensee is expressly prohibited from selling, gifting, leaking, redistributing, or transferring usage permissions, resell rights, co-ownership arrangements, or any other form of access to Grab & Go products to any individual or entity.

5. The licensee may not sell, distribute, leak, or otherwise make available any individual components, assets, or the product in its entirety to any third party.

6. Distribution of modified, derivative, or altered versions of any Grab & Go product is strictly prohibited without prior written authorization from Grab & Go.

7. The licensee may not reverse engineer, decompile, disassemble, or otherwise attempt to derive, extract, or access the source files, protected assets, or internal systems of any Grab & Go product.

8. Unauthorized distribution of any Grab & Go product at no charge is treated as an act of leaking and will be subject to enforcement action in accordance with these Terms.

9. The licensee may not, under any circumstances, claim authorship, creative credit, or ownership of any Grab & Go product, in whole or in part.

10. Refunds will be considered only under the following conditions: (i) the product is entirely non-functional, and (ii) the defect is reported within seven (7) days of purchase. Approved refunds will be issued exclusively as in-store credit. Requests submitted outside this period, or pertaining to partially functional products, will not be eligible. Grab & Go reserves the right to deny any refund request at its sole discretion.

11. Products marked as "offsale" are non-refundable and ineligible for any form of compensation or credit. Grab & Go reserves the right to terminate support for such products and permanently remove the associated product file without prior notice. Once a product is marked offsale, Grab & Go assumes no obligation to provide, restore, or reissue the product file to any individual, including prior purchasers.

12. Grab & Go reserves the right to update, modify, suspend, or discontinue any product or service at any time and without prior notice, at its sole discretion.

13. Where a product requires the use of third-party platforms, software, or services, the licensee is solely responsible for ensuring compliance with the applicable terms of such third parties.

14. Any chargebacks, payment disputes, or fraudulent transactions initiated by the licensee will result in the immediate suspension and revocation of all product licenses associated with the relevant account.

15. The licensee assumes full responsibility for any consequences arising from the installation, modification, or use of any Grab & Go product, including any resulting damages to systems, data, or third-party services.

16. Grab & Go reserves the right to suspend download access or revoke product licenses if suspicious activity, abnormal usage patterns, or violations of these Terms are detected, with or without prior notice.

17. Engaging in asset theft, doxxing, leaking, unauthorized reselling, or falsely claiming ownership of our products will result in a permanent ban from our Discord server and the immediate revocation of any licenses held.

18. Blacklisted users are prohibited from purchasing or using any of our product licenses.

19. If a licensed developer incorporates our assets into a group project and later leaves, the assets must either be removed from the project or a new active member must purchase a valid license from Grab & Go.

20. Our products are non-exclusive. Multiple individuals may purchase and use the same product for their respective projects. Anyone is welcome to purchase a license from our store and integrate it into their game.

21. Legal action, including DMCA proceedings, will be pursued against any individual, group, or server found reproducing, redistributing, or falsely claiming ownership of Grab & Go's images, graphics, logos, or branded assets. Repeat infringers will be subject to immediate and permanent blacklisting, in addition to any legal remedies available under applicable law.

22. Blacklisted individuals may submit a formal appeal to either the Director or Executives of Grab & Go for review. The authority to lift a blacklist designation rests solely with the Director or Executives. No other staff member or representative holds this authority.

23. Grab & Go holds no liability for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of, or inability to use, our products. This includes but is not limited to data loss, service interruption, or system failure.

24. These Terms of Service may be amended at any time at Grab & Go's sole discretion. We will make reasonable efforts to notify users of any significant changes where possible.

25. All Grab & Go products are protected under applicable copyright law, including the Digital Millennium Copyright Act ("DMCA"). Unauthorized reproduction, distribution, or public display of any product or its components constitutes copyright infringement. Grab & Go reserves the right to issue DMCA takedown notices against any individual or platform engaged in unauthorized distribution of its products.

26. Purchasing or using any Grab & Go product constitutes your acknowledgement that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by these Terms of Service in their entirety.

These Terms of Service are subject to change at any time. Continued use of our products constitutes acceptance of any updated terms.
